Job Aids and Learning Aids support educational resources and must be simple, clear devices or instructions. Here are two examples of aids I created in my courses.

In IDD 670, we were responsible for developing an entire training program. I designed a social media training to increase customer connections, inspire new client connections, and improve a company’s reputation.

In IDD 660, we developed a complete plan to create an instinctive onboarding webpage with effective modules. The plan I created covers the planning and implementation as well as the evaluation and dissemination of it all.
