Training Employees to Create Onboarding Modules

The communications team in the case school has been tasked with creating an onboarding webpage that is instinctive and navigable with modules that are efficient and effective. In this scenario, we are requiring everyone on the communications team to complete the LinkedIn Learning “Become an Instructional Designer” training prior to beginning the work. The Evaluation Plan covers the planning and implementation as well as the evaluation and dissemination of the findings.
