Our assignment said the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City, Missouri, is facing multiple problems: dwindling of their core audience – those who remember the Negro Leagues and their star players; confusion on how to reach a new audience or even who that audience is; and improperly trained employees and volunteers onsite. I was tasked with coming up with three evidence-based theories to support the NLBM’s recovery and sustainability.
