This online training project was titled “Building Social Media Strategy: Increase. Inspire. Improve.” and it was designed to increase connection with existing customers, inspire connection with new customers, and improve a company’s reputation. The training was designed to provide the user with the basics, such as defining your audience, voice, and content, plus more advanced techniques from strategic planning to evaluation of results.
